EXCEL INDUSTRIES, INC. ANNOUNCES INCREASED PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Hesston, KS (August ‘09) – Excel Industries, Inc., manufacturer of Hustler Turf Equipment, is pleased to announce an increased production schedule for the remainder of 2009. In February, Excel experienced a small reduction in work force due to a downturn in sales but recently rehired 30 percent of those workers to help meet current production demands.
“The addition of a new product line for Excel Industries as well as exciting new products for our Hustler Turf line has us optimistic for 2010”, said Paul Mullet, President. “We are planning cautiously, but are looking forward to what the future holds for our company.”
All hiring for Excel is done through Team Employment in Newton, KS although Excel is not hiring new employees at this time.
